Our Story

At 20 Via Bel Canto in Henderson, NV, lies a hidden gem for pasta lovers—our cozy shop run by Aily and Mike. Mike, a seasoned Executive Chef, spent years crafting culinary experiences in some of the finest kitchens. His true passion, however, has always been pasta. From the feel of kneading dough to the joy of creating sauces that make each bite unforgettable, Mike's love for Italian cuisine led to the dream of opening a fresh pasta shop.

Aily, who has spent her career in the front of the house as a dedicated and friendly server, joins him in this adventure. Together, they decided to bring fresh, handmade pasta and delicious sauces to their local community. Their mission is simple: to offer authentic, fresh pasta dishes that bring people together, just like a family meal.
